Government of India, as part of Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) have advocated simplification of procedures through the concept of ‘Minimising Regulatory Compliance Burden’.
Government of Kerala, has constituted an External Committee to scrutinize all Laws, Rules and Regulations relevant to Businesses and Citizens to suggest measures to minimize the compliance burden and decriminalize the provisions to enable investment and economic growth.
The Committee elicits suggestions in this regard, from stakeholders (Entrepreneurs, Trade and industry associations, Citizens & Representative of Citizen Forum).
ഫലപ്രദമായും, സുഗമമായും വ്യവസായം നടത്തുന്നതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സർക്കാർ രൂപീകരിച്ച കമ്മിറ്റി, മുഴുവൻ വ്യവസായികളും, ജനങ്ങളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട എല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും, ചട്ടങ്ങളും, റെഗുലേഷനലുകളും പരിശോധിച്ച് അപ്രസക്തമായതും, കാലഹരണപ്പെട്ടതും, വ്യവസായികൾക്ക് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുണ്ടാക്കുന്നതുമായ വ്യവസ്ഥകളെ അവയിൽനിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനോ, ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യുന്നതിനോ വേണ്ടി വ്യവസായ സംരംഭകരിൽനിന്നും, വ്യവസായ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും, വ്യക്തികളിൽനിന്നും, വ്യക്തികളുടെ ഫോറങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
