To receive constructive feedback on the New Industrial Policy with respect to the medical devices and life sciences sector and to get policy and programme suggestions to enhance investments, an investor meeting was conducted on October 27, 2022, from 10:30 a.m. onwards at Le Méridien Kochi. 33 representatives from various organisations in this sector attended the session. P. Rajeeve, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Law, and Coir, interacted with stakeholders. Suman Billa IAS, Principal Secretary, Industries & NORKA, Kerala and S.Harikishore IAS, Managing Director KSIDC & Director, Industries& Commerce, also attended. Through this meeting, several policy- and program-level suggestions were gained.
