Investment Facilitation

The government of Kerala has been proactive in taking up many initiatives to energize and stimulate the business environment in the State. KSIDC is the nodal agency of the Government of Kerala for implementing these schemes in a time-bound manner.
The important schemes include the updation and refinement of K-SWIFT, Updating of the Kerala Centralized Inspection System (K-CIS), the Strengthening of the Investment Facilitation Cell and Project Management Unit, Support for the implementation of the Intelligent Building Plan Management System (IBPMS) in the State, Implementation of State Business Reforms Action Plan (SBRAP), Implementation of Legislative Reforms for EoDB and Activities in connection with the implementation of PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan in the State
