Interactive Session with H.E. Mr. Alejandro Simancas Marin, the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to India was hosted by P Rajeeve, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Law, and Coir at Thiruvananthapuram.
In the health sector as well as in biotechnology, Cuba sets an example for the world. Cuba has discovered medicine for many diseases. The Cuban ambassador and the representatives from different sectors and research institutes in Kerala exchanged ideas about how Kerala could use these technologies in the medical field. A core group was also formed for follow-up activities.
