An investor meeting with people in that sector was held on November 23, 2022, from 2: 30 PM onwards, at the Residency Tower Hotel in Thiruvananthapuram, to receive constructive feedback on the New Industrial Policy with respect to the electronics sector, as well as policy and programme suggestions to enhance investments. 16 representatives from various organisations in this sector attended the session. P.Rajeev, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Law, and Coir, Government of Kerala, interacted with stakeholders. Suman Billa IAS, Principal Secretary, Industries & NORKA, Kerala and S. Harikishore IAS, Managing Director KSIDC, Director of Industries & Commerce, also attended. Through this meeting, several policy- and program-level suggestions were gained.
